By entering this competition, it is assumed that the entrant has read and agreed with the below rules and stipulations; 

• Competition closes Friday 9th December at 11:59am

• All entries must be received by the closing date stated. Entries received after this date will not be considered

• To enter the competition, entrants must submit their tips/ideas to Fresh from the Freezer’s Facebook or Twitter page

•By entering the competition, all entrants give permission to Fresh from the Freezer to use tips/ideas across its website and social media channel

•There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition

• To enter the competition you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry 

• Prize is subject to availability 

• No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize 

• The winner will be notified by phone or email and contact would need to be established before the prize can be issued.
